Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-Oriented)

We are looking for a full-stack engineer with backend orientation to join our R&D team. You'll play a crucial role in advancing our team collaboration platform, essential for healthcare professionals in their life-saving efforts. This opportunity allows you to be instrumental in implementing core features, building robust infrastructure, and crafting innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

We are searching for a team player, eager to enhance their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include a blend of backend and frontend development, where you'll utilize technologies such as Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, Pub/Sub, Gen AI, and GCP.

• Contribute significantly to both the backend and frontend aspects of our infrastructure, overseeing the full product lifecycle from conception to deployment.
• Deeply understand our technical challenges and actively seek innovative solutions.
• Work in collaboration with product managers, and fellow engineers to refine requirements and bolster the functionality and quality of our features.
• End-to-end approach - from tech design to production!

• At least 5  years of experience in server-side development
• A solid engineering background with a history of managing end-to-end projects successfully.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, particularly Node.js, and familiarity with additional technologies like MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in a variety of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, end-to-end, and load testing.
• BSc in Computer Science is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, particularly GCP, and in building highly distributed applications with cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent self-management skills, including the ability to estimate effort, and manage your time effectively.
• A strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality results.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and OpenAI is a plus.
