We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of our business intelligence solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, develop dashboards and reports, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions, including data models, ETL processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and optimize data warehouse and data marts to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using BI tools such as Tableau.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other BI Analysts/Engineers.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence and analytics.
• Utilize Snowflake as the cloud-based data warehouse platform for storing and processing large volumes of data efficiently.
• Implement and manage DBT (data build tool) for data transformation and modeling, ensuring data consistency and integrity across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (DBT etc.) and data integration techniques.
• Expertise in data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in at least one business intelligence tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
• Experience with Snowflake as a cloud-based data warehouse platform.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions on time and within budget.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
