You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of one of the world's most prominent messaging and calling platforms on a journey to dominate as a ‘super app’ .

You will lead a team of talented architects in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable software solutions. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional technical acumen, strong leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

As the Director of Architecture, you will wield significant influence and responsibility over a global-scale service distributed across multiple cloud platforms, spanning thousands of servers worldwide and generating petabytes of data. Our infrastructure relies on cutting-edge NoSQL databases to handle millions of operations per second.

Requirements:

2+ years in a senior leadership role (CTO | R&D group manager | Chief Architect | Director of Architecture)

5+ years as a solutions/system/cloud/enterprise architect

8+ years experience in software development

Extensive experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, containerization, and modern development practices.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and solve complex technical challenges.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Experience working in an agile development environment.
