2024 Budget Admin - Part-time (Maternity leave)

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced individual available to work in our office to take on a part-time position for 6 months in Wix’s Customer Care team. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Assist Customer Care management to plan the quarterly and yearly budget based on our strategy and goals
• Implement company policies around budget approvals and usage.
• Manage payment of our vendors and a variety of cross-departmental expenses using our internal purchasing system
• Work closely with multiple teams in Wix including finance, legal, and procurement for budget control and contract renewals
• Track team budget requests and usage (events, training, travels, etc.)
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years in an admin and project management role with experience managing and analyzing a budget
• Solid experience working with Excel and creating complicated spreadsheets
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• You’re willing to take initiative and can independently solve problems and raise flags
• You’ve worked with global teams and are comfortable working with people of different levels of seniority
• You understand the sensitive-nature of dealing with employees’ money and have outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• You’re curious in nature, analytical, proactive and organized
