What You'll Do:

• Lead the strategic planning, execution, and rollout of the mobile product roadmap in alignment with overall business goals and objectives
• Partner with Product Managers in our Lending and Credit, Banking, and Platform teams to bring new and existing features to our native iOS and Android applications
• Establish OKRs to drive and measure success for features post-roll-out
• Collaborate with the design team to create prototypes and user interface mockups illustrating user experience and product flows
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure we are executing on our mobile roadmap efficiently and with high-quality
• Act as a subject matter expert on mobile product management, while managing operations and relationships with the Google and Apple app stores.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices for mobile applications to ensure we are delivering a best in class mobile experience.
  
  

• 6+ years experience as a Product Manager in the consumer or SMB space
• 2+ years experience as a Product Manager for mobile
• A self-starter with a bias to action, who is able to move projects forward and lead a cross-functional team toward product solutions
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to use data analysis in improving the product and customer experience.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities
• BS in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
