About the job

Candivore is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team. As part of the bookkeeping team, you will be part of our day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closing process.The Ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, independent person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recording daily financial transactions
• Record credit card transactions, invoices, payments and monthly reconciliation
• Assist with month-end closing and other projects as needed
• Work closely with the Lead Bookkeeper and the rest of the Finance Team
• Assist with other bookkeeping responsibilities (for example, payments to suppliers, VAT returns, etc.)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper
• Experience working with NetSuite - MUST
• Certified Bookkeeper (level 1-2)
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
• High level of English, both verbal and written
