Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Data to lead our data initiatives, focusing on the establishment and management of a comprehensive data infrastructure. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role where the candidate will be responsible for developing the entire data infrastructure to support and enhance organizational decision-making through precise KPI analysis

• Leadership in Data Strategy**: Develop and implement a strategic vision for using data comprehensively across the organization.
• Build and Scale Data Infrastructure**: Single-handedly design, build, and scale a robust data infrastructure using top technologies like Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics, and Databricks.
• Advanced ETL and Reverse ETL Processes**: Design sophisticated ETL and Reverse ETL frameworks to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading across various systems.
• Integration of Operational Systems**: Apply Reverse ETL techniques to integrate insights from the data warehouse back into operational systems to drive real-time business intelligence.
• Data Governance and Compliance**: Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Team Leadership and Development**: While the role starts as an individual contributor, there is potential to build and lead a data team as the organization grows.
