Manager, Information Technology (IT)

Position Overview:

Sisense is actively seeking an adept and seasoned Senior Information Technology (IT) Manager to spearhead our IT division and steer our technological trajectory. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and strategic leader with a robust technical foundation, poised to oversee the conception, execution, and upkeep of our IT systems and infrastructure. As the Senior IT Manager, you will collaborate seamlessly with multifunctional teams to harmonize technology resolutions with corporate goals, all the while ensuring the dependability, security, and scalability of our IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of proficient IT experts, encompassing system administrators, network engineers, and support personnel. Foster professional growth, administer performance evaluations, and cultivate a harmonious and motivated team environment.
• Executive Liaison: Must have a positive attitude to respond to the technology requests from Executive Leadership with a smile and urgency.
• Infrastructure and Systems Oversight: Supervise the formulation, implementation, and sustenance of the enterprise's IT infrastructure, spanning servers, networks, databases, and cloud services (AWS). Assure the unwavering availability, efficiency, and security of all IT systems.
• IT Support: Manage the IT support domain, warranting swift and effective rectification of technical quandaries encountered by staff, thereby cultivating a gratifying user experience.
• Cloud Operations Proficiency: Display proficiency in managing and upholding cloud infrastructure, together with a proven track record in optimizing cloud expenditure.
• Incident Management: The candidate will be the quarterback to manage and respond to any infrastructure incidents.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Information Technology, with a distinct focus on data center and cloud operations.
• Proven experience in administering end-user computing services with a concentration on empowering employees and customers.
• Extensive expertise in IT infrastructure, encompassing networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitude, underpinned by the ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional cohorts and top-tier executives.
