You are responsible for

• Generating service invoices, sending them to customers, and documentation.
• Opening service calls.
• Producing customer service reports.
• Follow-up and arrangement of treatment days for the systems.
• Ordering spare parts and tracking
• Arrangement of availability of the service engineers
• Handling changes instructions with customers
  
  

• Student in the fields of Social Sciences\ economics
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• At least 3 semesters till graduation
• Ability to work at least 2 days a week.
• Experience with systems - Salesforce, Service Max, SAP - advantage
