A consumer products company located in the Jerusalem area is currently seeking a Packaging Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and enhancing packaging solutions for both new and existing products. Your responsibilities will encompass spearheading innovative packaging technologies, fostering collaboration across various departments, and ensuring seamless supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of packaging solutions for new and existing products.
• Drive innovation in packaging technologies while effectively coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, overseeing experiments and validating packaging materials.
• Uphold stringent quality standards throughout the product shelf life.
• Provide expert advice on quality assurance and optimize production processes within the realm of packaging.

This is a full-time position based in the Jerusalem area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in packaging development.
• Extensive knowledge of raw materials, compliance testing, and production/packaging processes.
• Strong systemic vision, with a deep understanding of production processes and exceptional analytical skills.
