A QA team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of Quality Assurance Testers and Analysts. Their primary focus is to ensure the quality of products or services delivered by the organization. Here are the key aspects of their role:

• Manage and lead a team of QA professionals.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Collaborate on effective test strategies.
• Prioritize test activities.
• Verify seamless interaction between hardware and software.
• Address integration issues.
• Laboratory Testing: Use equipment for controlled tests.
• Document results.
• Field Testing: Evaluate system performance.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• Certifications: ISTQB, ITIL, ISEB (desirable).
• Familiarity with testing tools.
• Experience with Hardware and Software testing- Must
  
  

• Proficiency in JIRA and Xray.
