Full Stack Team Lead

Ordering services such as groceries or cleaning can be done easily via the Homez app, and when a human touch is needed, our on-the-ground support team is always a tap away.

The role:

Homez is looking for a Full Stack Team Lead who has vast experience in building web-based applications (client + server). We are looking for someone who has the right mix of technical and leadership skills to help grow our development team.

In this role you will:

• Guide the team through technical issues and challenges.
• Design the architecture of our future products and infrastructure.
• Define and implement web development practices, procedures, and tools to enhance quality and productivity.
• Develop APIs, UI, and tools used in the core of the company’s operation.
• Create a rich and engaging user experience.
• Optimize the applications to maximize performance.
  
  

• +3 years experience in front-end development.
• +3 years experience in NodeJS\NestJS backend development of REST API services.
• +2 years of management experience.
• Proficiency in React.
• Experience in SQL DB such as PostgreSQL, etc.
• Experience designing and building a responsive and reactive web application.
• Experience working with NextJS - Advantage.
• Experience working with AWS - Advantage.
• Experience in a teamwork environment and eager to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in agile team environments.
