Planner

Phibro is seeking a Planner for our vaccines plant in Beit Shemesh, to join our Production Planning and Supervision Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for Industrial Engineers with no prior experience to gain a foothold in a global company. It's a unique chance to integrate into the organization, learn in-depth work processes as part of an experienced team.

Job Description:

• Manage and prioritize production and packaging schedules, working closely with the planning team.
• Execute established procedures within the Production Planning and Control department, adhering to GMP standards.
• Ensure proper inventory management of raw materials, intermediate materials, and finished goods in accordance with organizational goals.
• Develop weekly and monthly work plans for the production system and supporting departments.
• Monitor and control work plans against production schedules and required inventory levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or Practical engineer -required.
• Up to two years of experience in a similar role - preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional and strategic projects - preferred.
• Prior experience in a process industry/pharmaceutical plant -preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in computerized systems and office software - preferred.
• High level of English - required.
