QA Lead

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and strategy-to-execution kind of person to join our amazing team as the first QA function to build a team from scratch and take over our product’s quality assurance planning & strategy.

Our unique dynamic package technology empowers customers to plan, compare, book, and fully customize their ski holiday by providing real-time prices and availability for millions of ski trip combinations.

Our technology connects in real-time to thousands of supplier APIs to provide customers with a one-stop-shop solution to book everything they need for their ski holiday, including flights, airport transfers, accommodations, ski lift passes, ski gear rental, lessons and more.

We partner with over 80 ski resorts (and counting) across 10 countries and have already sold over 60,000 ski holiday packages to skiers worldwide. We are profitable, and growing big!

Responsibilities:

• Building a team of Manual and Automation Test engineers
• Lead all QA activities at the different product life cycle stages
• Building and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of software systems, preferably using Node.js.
• Identify, investigate, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Identifying and troubleshooting issues in the automation framework and proposing improvement solutions.
• Implement, monitor & strategize quality planning and control throughout all stages of the product life cycle.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience as a QA automation engineer
• 2+ years experience as a Team Lead
• Experience with Node.js
• Experience in testing web applications including cross-browser testing using tools like BrowserStack
• Experience with B2C platforms
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Experience writing E2E automated tests, preferably using the Playwright/ Cypress framework
• Experience in REST API testing.
• Experience working with cloud platforms
• Working with complex systems
• Knowledge in writing QA documents, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports (STP/STD).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
