Bioinformatician

Responsibilities

• Supports the full life cycle of spatial data: spatial feature design, data quality control, differential expression analysis, biological interpretation of results, and delivery.
• Ensures timely and proper analysis of spatial data generated by digital pathology.
• Maintains or develops new functionality for bioinformatics pipelines to analyze and visualize spatial data.
• Collaborates on a variety of spatial biology projects.
  
  

• MSc in bioinformatics/life sciences/biotechnology/related field
• Experience (at least 2 years) in bio-computational research
• Strong interest in working on medical problems and taking a leading part in the field of digital pathology.
• Experience in and a strong affinity for working in cross-team project setups.
• Clinical trials data analysis, genomics, publications - Big advantage
• Background in cancer biology- advantage
• Good organization & communication skills, team player
