We are looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our vibrant and innovative Creative Studio.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on the client, their unique selling points & competitors in the market.
• Determine the target audience demographics & interests.
• Create the perfect brief by producing original and compelling content for creators & influencers outlining the dialogue, scenes, and actions. Keeping in mind brand messaging, tone of voice, visual style, and legal considerations.
• Provide examples or references to illustrate the desired style or quality of content.
• Seek out creators & influencers whose expertise and creativity match the project's needs and expectations.
• Manage the entire UGC process. From the brief to execution etc.
• Establish clear communication channels with creators & influencers to provide guidance, answer questions, and address any concerns throughout the process.
• Set deadlines for content, revisions, and final delivery to ensure timely execution.
• Create a simple storyboard for the Creative Studio for UGC video execution.
• Build long-lasting relationships with influences & creators.
• Negotiate deal costs and deliverables.
• Stay ahead of social, influencer, and technology trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager
• Know & understand the world of UGC.
• Familiar with Billo, Fiverr, TikTok, etc
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for storytelling, creativity, and innovation, with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, trends, and best practices is a plus.
