The opportunity:

The Product Management team is a critical strategic function responsible for the ongoing portfolio optimization to maximize sales and profitability

How you’ll spend your day:

• Lead and manage a team of 7 FTEs in Teva API product management department.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on achieving business objectives.
• Define, establish, and implement effective working processes within the product management team.
• Ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders such as Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales to optimize performance and drive business growth.
• Drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability through portfolio optimization.
• Create and implement product strategy plans to concentrate organizational resources and initiate activities that promote business growth.
• Initiate and oversee discussions on competitiveness to ensure that Teva API products remain competitive.
• Innovate and develop new solutions and tools to support product promotion, resource prioritization, and execution.
• Implement portfolio prioritization and segmentation methodologies to enhance decision-making processes.
• Position the product management department as the center of expertise within Teva API organization.
• Establish the team as the go-to resource for insights, strategies, and solutions related to Teva API products.
• Provide continuous learning and development opportunities for the team, focusing on market trends, competition landscape, and presentation skills.
• Ensure the team remains updated with industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.
• Product Set individual development plans for each product manager within the team.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to product managers to facilitate their professional growth and success.

Your experience and qualifications:

• Business degree
• 5+ years experience in Product management or other relevant commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years experience in managerial roles
• Process-oriented, strong project management capabilities
• Good communication skills; ability to collaborate with people from different departments and seniority levels (including C level)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent analytical skills and data mining capabilities
