What you’re applying for

We're on a mission to revolutionize insurance through AI, and are seeking a senior leader to help scale our engineering team while increasing efficiency and performance. As a key member of our tech leadership team reporting to the SVP of R&D, you'll help architect team structure, engineering culture, and standards.

In this role you’ll oversee multiple domains, bringing your expertise to enhance focus and leverage the impact of our constantly evolving platforms.

In this role you'll:

Lead and inspire world-class engineering groups that build and own our core business

Drive innovation that matters, leading strategic initiatives that enable us to do more with less

Collaborate with senior product and tech leadership to share our culture and standards

Transform our technology landscape by architecting next-generation platforms that power our product vision

Attract and grow outstanding talent to push the boundaries of talent density

Forge powerful partnerships across teams and disciplines

Turn complex business challenges into elegant technical solutions that scale

Continuously leverage AI to automate our product and development process

What you’ll need:

Successfully scaled high performing engineering organizations through high-growth phases

A leader with extremely high standards in both performance, delivery and quality

Comfortable leading engineering teams in a product-led organization

Leads by example while demanding high motivation, on-the-ground office presence, high sense of urgency, and a relentless execution mindset

Great communicator, comfortable delivering direct feedback as well as giving recognition

Passion for excellence, precision and efficiency
