Senior Full Stack Developer (Full Time, Hybrid Tel Aviv)

You will be a part of the HR Signal™ R&D team, implementing new and exciting features end-to-end. You will work with and be mentored by top professionals in the field. HR Signal™ offers software solutions to improve a company’s employee retention, talent development, workforce planning, and market competitiveness.

We’re looking for an experienced and well-rounded developer with strong communication skills, who can work independently, is self-directed, and able to help lead a team in the future.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for:

Building and maintaining backend APIs and microservices using Python, Node.js (TypeScript), and Laravel/PHP.
Developing frontend components using Vue.js.
Extending and customizing the Laravel PHP platform.
Performing QA/QC, unit testing, and documentation.
Leading and mentoring other development team members.

Good to Have:

Experience with large-scale relational databases and/or data lakes (Google BigQuery & Postgres).
Experience with data pipelines, ETLs, AirFlow, DataFlow.
Experience in Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.
Experience in building complex, high-scale applications.
Experience with writing automated tests (Python or TypeScript).
Experience working with a distributed team as well as in-person collaboration with other engineers.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Experience with modern JavaScript, CSS, and at least one modern SPA/component framework (React, Vue, Angular).
Experience with at least one high-level backend language (Python, Node.js, Go, PHP).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
