BI Developer

Job Description

The Enterprise Architecture Services team provides the processes and tools required to create and design an Enterprise Architecture or solution lifecycle plan for the current and future state of Enterprise Solution Architecture services and solutions.

We are looking for a BI Developer who will be involved in the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions and software enhancements while working in a cross-site team environment, comfortable moving between frontend and backend technologies using multiple programming languages and frameworks.

Analyze requirements, test, and integrate application components to ensure the system improvements are successfully implemented. Drive unit test automation. Enable systems that consider APIs, security, scalability, manageability, usability, and other critical factors that contribute to complete solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather Requirements from key stakeholders, technical design, system development (incl. integrations), testing and deployment.
• Work closely with product owners and develop technical solutions to support software product ownership.
• Create business process flow charts, data models, entity relationship diagrams and conduct proof of concepts to design possible system solutions.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to develop required training, change management and operations processes.
• Business process modelling, process improvement and user training.
• Develop policies and standards to ensure data quality and controls.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in data modeling and SQL (procedures, functions, indexing, partitioning, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in Power BI, SSIS, ETL processes, Python, REST API, business process modelling (BPMN).
• 1+ year experience in version control and continuous integration tools (GIT, GITHUB)
• DB development, Test-Driven Development, unit testing and automated integration testing.
• Advanced English Level

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
