Director of Product Management

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product to join our team. As a Director of Product, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our products and driving innovation in our startup environment. Previous experience in the non-profit space is highly valued, as we are committed to making a positive impact on society, empowering nonprofit teams around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and expansion.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their evolving needs.
• Drive product strategy, making data-driven decisions and continuously iterating based on user feedback.
• A person with a hands-on approach. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. 
• Experience leading data- oriented / GenAI products is a plus. 
• Experience working in the non-profit sector is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a passion for driving impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
