About the role:

Loris is looking for an energetic Senior Product Manager to be part of the AI-based product development team, reporting to the Head of Products.

Position overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, development, and delivery of products that empower our customers to make informed decisions and achieve their business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives from ideation to launch and beyond.

The ideal candidate should possess strong data & AI skills, strategic thinking with a passion for driving innovation through data products, and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products & features that align with company goals and customer needs
• ​​Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle, from discovery, through definition and design, to development and deployment in accordance with the product roadmap and strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring they are well-documented, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives
• Gather needs from existing clients, prospects and internal stakeholders, translate them into detailed requirements and prototypes, and lead their execution
• Act as the go to person for the “why” and the “what” and an excellent partner on the “how” of product development
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market through continuous research and interviews
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvements
• Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about product developments, progress, and updates through effective communication channels
• Plan and execute successful product launches, including developing monetization strategies, messaging, and training materials

Experience and Qualifications you have:

• 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-based or data-based products, with at least one role as a senior product manager
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for Loris’s mission
• High degree of technical knowledge, data analytics, and ability to work with engineering and data science stakeholders
• Excellent leadership and personal skills
• Self-organized, process driven with the ability to break complex problems down into manageable components and goals
• Ability to handle ambiguity gracefully and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Passionate about solving customers’ problems and experiences
• Ability to think strategically, take data-driven decisions, balance short and long term tradeoffs, and bring focus to the product development process & team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience writing product specifications and other product-related documentation
• Worked in a startup and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Background in software development/Data Science/analytics
• Experience in B2B SaaS
