Designer and Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a talented and versatile Designer (Marketing & Product) and Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who is passionate about both design and social. As a key member of our boutique team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital and product offerings, ensuring our brand communicates effectively across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Design: Craft compelling visuals and videos for marketing materials, such as newsletters, landing pages, tradeshows essentials, social media, and more to enhance our digital presence and engage our audience. 
• Product Design: Your work will focus on delivering a seamless and engaging user experience (UX) and outstanding user interface (UI).
• Social Media Coordinator: You will be responsible for managing the organization's social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, including content curation, responding to comments, building a following, and more.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Work experience in a global startup or with B2B SaaS companies is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and video editing/effects software.
• Ability to learn new software independently to create videos and effects according to the company’s needs.
• A bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Interactive Design, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities are essential.
