iOS Team Lead

365Scores, one of the most popular B2C mobile sports apps globally, developer and operator of online media products for millions of sports fans worldwide. With tens of millions of DAUs, across various different products, we have firmly established ourselves as one of the most widely used sports mobile apps globally.

The iOS Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on our mobile iOS app mostly based on top of swift development stack. The Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching, mentorship and as well as hands-on coding (about 60%).

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4-5 developers
• Create a continuous and ongoing work plan for the team
• Determine goals and objectives at the beginning of each development cycle until it is accomplished
• Design and develop APIs and Services to support millions of active users
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure requirements are met and delivered accurately
• Provide estimates for project timelines from design until delivery
• Support and assist developers at code level
• Ensure the quality of the code (code reviews)
• Keep the team in line with all activities and task prioritization
  
  

• At least 6 years experience in iOS development
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a team-leader (4+ employees)
• Experience with Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, Xcode, XML, and JSON
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in iOS development.
• Fluent English and Hebrew
