Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Assistant at Social Marketing Masters.

The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the team, including maintaining client files, processing documents, scheduling appointments, and conducting research as directed.

The Assistant will also contribute to social media management tasks and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Resident in Israel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in customer service, social media management, or marketing is a plus
• Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish/ Arabic is a plus
