Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to design, develop, test and control the manufacturing of a new multidisciplinary product.

The candidate will drive our product activities and deliveries and the required operational, service and marketing activities, working closely with the relevant cross-organizational functions.

Responsibilities

- Driving organizational tasks to meet program deliveries according to its timeline, content, quality and budget

- Ensure program alignment with business goals and customer needs

- Managing the entire product life cycle process

- Working closely with cross-organizational functions:

o R&D stakeholders to utilize resources

o Marketing and service to design a product that will suit customer needs

o Operations to build and support materials and production line plans

- Managing the project management team, building the needed skills to secure robust, timely deliveries

Requirements

- BSc in Engineering (EE, SE, ME, etc.)

- 6 years of experience in a multidisciplinary environment

- Proven experience in program management

- In-depth understanding of the target market, industry trends and customer needs

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Proactive, resourceful and able to learn and work independently

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
