Role Description 

As a Community and Operations Manager at Arieli Capital, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing startup alumni and mentor networks, driving execution, and promoting innovation. 

This entry-level role demands a socially savvy innovation-driven mindset, operational proficiency, and a business-oriented approach. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be pivotal in advancing our commitment to supporting both our Alumni and Mentor as well as Arielis growing investment portfolio. This position allows you to contribute significantly to global innovation efforts and provides opportunities for long-term career growth within our company. 

Responsibilities

· Establishing and Managing two communities and being responsible for their ongoing updates and maintenance  

· Managing community events both online and offline  

· Working closely with Ariel's innovation programs graduating startups for constant support and updates 

· Collaborating with different departments on executions and needs. 

· Gathering and updating on community progress measurements.  

Qualifications 

· Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and verbal) is required. 

· At least one year of proven experience in startup programs or community management. 

· Proof of an existing professional international network that includes corporations, startup communities, investors, innovation centers, and industry leaders. 

· Former understanding of the startup life cycle. 

· Track record in business development  

· Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. 

· Team player with interpersonal skills.
