Business Analyst

Game Story is a fast-growing mobile game startup, that provides entertainment to users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the Bursa, Ramat Gan.

As we expand, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Business Data Analyst to join us.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably for a web or mobile company online gaming industry.
• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering/ Economy or another quantitative field.
• Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets.
• Outstanding analytical & technical skills.
• Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Team player with excellent initiative and motivation

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex data sets representing users’ behavior, see beyond numbers, and help to inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions.
• Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features, game economies, and future product roadmaps.
• Work closely with all departments to drive insights that will help produce better games and insights that will drive towards monetization and retention improvements.
• Build reports and dashboards to monitor product performance, key business metrics, and player experience.
• Plan and analyze effective A/B tests to improve business KPIs.
• Balance and monitor flow from all the features in the game.
• Measure and improve the performance of promotions and live-ops for each segment.
