Amazon Operator

Overview

This is an NBN Connect post on behalf of another organization.

We’re looking for an Amazon Admin/Operator who understands the American consumer mentality to fill a full-time on-site opening based in Ra’anana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the health of our Amazon store, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Proactively identify and address issues related to account performance, such as policy violations, listing suspensions, and customer feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve account metrics and enhance overall performance.
• Manage day-to-day communication with Amazon seller support and seller performance teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including commerce and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales.
• Respond promptly and professionally to Amazon’s inquiries and reviews, maintaining high levels of resolution.

Requirements:

• Must understand American consumer mentality.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Effective written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Detail-orientated with the drive to work on a problem until full resolution.
