Product Owner

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our products. As a Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Additionally, you will provide leadership and mentorship to other product managers within the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and market demands.
• Own product requirements and drive product life cycle with Agile Methodology including user stories, and PRDs.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on technical feasibility, market demand, and strategic objective.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D teams, to elicit, analyze, and document product requirements.
• Continuously improve our internal deliverables and operational processes.
• Identify emerging technologies, industry trends, and market opportunities to inform product strategy and maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 3+years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role of SaaS B2B products.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, software development processes, and product management best practices.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with R&D, managing product backlogs, making trade-off decisions, defining technical requirements, establishing success criteria, and tracking impact.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to drive multiple, complex activities to completion.
• Leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring other product managers.
• B.A. in computer science, engineering or similar degree – advantage.
