How your day will look like:

• Providing financial consulting services to leading companies in various industries in mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising processes.
• Managing negotiations with investment companies, including working with investment companies.
• Financial, operational, and business analysis of companies.
• Preparation of investor presentations and business plans for a local and international clients.
• Due diligence and valuations.
• Mapping/analyzing markets and determining economic viability.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Law\ Accounting\ Economics or business administration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Technology banker in one of the global\US Investment Banking firms
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in relevant companies (Tech companies or service providers)
• English Speaker
• In-depth knowledge of the ecosystem in the high-tech sector- required
• Previous experience from a Venture Capital \ Big 4 \ Investment banks- an advantage
• An understanding of business and commercial issues, a high level of learning ability
• Marketing and sales capabilities
