Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder. As a Co-Founder at Uassle, your day-to-day tasks will include strategic planning, business development, team management, financial management, and overseeing the overall operations of the company. While the role is primarily located in Rotterdam, we offer flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Research, and Communication skills
• Sales and Marketing skills
• Experience in business development and strategic planning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Financial management and budgeting skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Ph.D. is triple plus.

Requirement: Investment Capital, is only will be shared with shortlisted individuals / entities during the interview.
