**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and concentrate on food safety, sanitation, and infrastructure (water, air, and energy) within the dairy.

- Develop and maintain a pathogen monitoring plan, liaising with veterinary services, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Manage sanitation processes including pest control, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols.

- Lead food safety teams, organizing safety events, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Professional oversight of cleaning processes.

- Manage product exports ensuring quality standards and compliance with destination countries' regulations.

- Drive continuous technological improvements and efficiency enhancements in areas of responsibility.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or relevant field (Life Sciences, Biology, etc.).

- Minimum of two years' experience in quality management within the food/pharmaceutical industry.

- Experience working with regulatory bodies.

- Knowledge of ISO9001, FSSC, HACCP regulations and standards.

- Experience with production floor management systems - a plus.

- Managerial experience - advantageous.
