Salesforce Project Manager

Are you an experienced project manager with expertise in Salesforce and CRM systems?

Responsibilities:

* Planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce projects

* Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and manage expectations

* Lead and motivate a team of Salesforce admins and consultants

* Conduct system analysis, write user stories, and design documents

* Manage risks and issues proactively

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of project management experience with CRM systems

* 2+ years of experience with Salesforce

* Experience working with the public sector or government - a plus

* Experience with system analysis and writing design documents

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Ability to work at our Jerusalem office at least 3 days a week - mandatory

* Salesforce certification - a plus

* Experience with Jira - a plus
