M&A Financial Analyst

IAI's financial unit is hiring an M&A Financial Analyst for our company's headquarters!

What will you do:

• Investments and M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Analysis - Assisting in financial feasibility analysis, including valuation, and examining forecasts and alternatives in acquisition and investment.

• Preparation and Examination of Business Plans - Reviewing income forecasts, cost basis, funding requirements, and tracking as the business plan is implemented.

• HQ Analyses - Preparing research work and assisting in examining economic and financial impacts regarding R&D for management and the board.

• Reporting to the Deputy of the Chief Economist.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration/Accounting - Mandatory.

• Full proficiency in the English language (speaking, reading, and writing) - Mandatory.

• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage workload effectively - Mandatory.

• Proficiency in Office applications including Excel - Mandatory.

• Experience in valuation/due diligence of financial statements for technology companies/Startups - An advantage.

• Understanding and working with various entities in capital markets/ investment funds/ VCs regarding investments/ IPOs – An advantage.

About Us:

The Economic Department of IAI is responsible for examining the economic feasibility of internal investments in R&D, CAPEX, and more, examining strategic investments and acquisitions of companies and assets worldwide, conducting various economic analyses, and formulating recommendations for company management.

The department is entrusted with reviewing business plans, conducting various financial analyses regarding the company, performing valuations, and conducting due diligence accounting and financials for companies in merger and acquisition processes (M&A). As part of the role, you will take part in a position that provides an overview of all IAI's activities, particularly in the global Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industry.
