About the Job

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will help our company better understand our customers. On the other hand, you will guide our customers in recognizing the total value they can derive from our products. In addition, you will demonstrate to our team the significant impact of great design. The Product Designer will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct User Research: Perform comprehensive user research to grasp customer needs, behaviors, and pain points, utilizing diverse methodologies for actionable insights.
• Develop User Personas and Journey Maps: Craft detailed user personas and journey maps based on data, guiding user-centric design decisions.
• Design and Prototype: Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes adhering to UX/UI best practices for intuitive interfaces.
• User Testing and Feedback Integration: Conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback, iteratively enhancing usability and satisfaction.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, product management, and marketing for feasible, goal-aligned designs, fostering cross-functional innovation.
• Advocate for Design Thinking: Champion design thinking, highlighting its role in solving business challenges and elevating product value.
• Measure Design Effectiveness: Assess design solutions' efficacy through metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies based on analytical insights.
• Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design to reinforce the brand's visual identity across all product touchpoints.

Requirements

•  5+ years of experience in product design (both UI and UX)
• Highly proficient in Figma, hands-on, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
• Positive and "Can do" attitude, with great social skills and an excellent team player.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, quick decision-making within tight schedules without sacrificing quality
• Attention to the smallest of details.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
