Our company seeks the next Service Specialist - an opportunity for an exceptional coordination and customer service position that will significantly impact the country and the world 🌎

Position Description:

Providing comprehensive services to new and existing customers:

Coordinate meetings for salespeople, prepare and send price offers to potential customers, respond to inquiries from existing customers, and perform remote troubleshooting after installing the solar system.

• Suitable for full-time employment, with the possibility of working 80% of the time.
• Working in the company's offices in Petah Tikva with the possibility of working from home as well. 

Position Requirements:

• Experience working in a service center is an asset.
• The desire to provide quality and professional service is a true passion.
• A high level of order and organization, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A technical and technological orientation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A minimum of one year's availability is required.
