System Administrator

ELPC a leading managed services company in the field of IT & SECURITY in Israel, is looking for an experienced and talented SYSTEM specialist with expertise in MICROSOFT technologies and a background in information security and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and management of servers in both local and cloud environments, including troubleshooting technical issues and installing new software.
• Configuration and management of internal and external computer networks, including adapting infrastructures to company needs.
• Technical T2 support for clients, issue resolution, and training in system and software usage.
• Knowledge transfer and training of IT teams on information security and the use of MICROSOFT technologies.
• Managing a few customers A - Z.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure management - advantage.
• Experience in information security - mandatory.
• Experience working with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.) - mandatory.
• Hand-On experience in Fortinet / PaloAlto firewalls .
• Deep understanding of information security infrastructures and organizational information security processes.
• High technical ability and ability to independently solve problems.
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.

The position includes customer management, projects, support and service to the company's customers.

Work from the company's offices in Rosh Ha'Ain and at the company's customers.
