International Sales Account Executive
Taliaz is an innovative startup dedicated to revolutionizing mental healthcare with its cutting-edge software-as-a-service cloud product. Known as Predictix, this advanced system is designed to streamline mental health clinical management for healthcare providers. From initial triage and assessment to diagnosis, treatment decisions, and follow-up care, Predictix empowers healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive support to individuals grappling with mental health disorders.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth for our mental health SaaS platform. The ideal candidate should be a reliable professional with hunting and closing skills, a deep understanding of the mental health care landscape, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal.
- Strong deal qualifier (Lead → Qualified lead → Customer).
- Prospect to new potential clients
- Demo products to prospective clients.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and sales analytics
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, customer success, and finance, to align sales initiatives with company objectives
Requirements:
- A background in the health/medical industry.
- English mother tongue
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales role.
- At least 2 years of SaaS sales experience.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- An excellent understanding of SaaS business best practices related to Sales processes, marketing needs, and systems.
- Strong self-starter, Enthusiastic and passionate.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to travel abroad.
