Our dynamic company is in search of a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

This role will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition, spearheading marketing campaigns, and overseeing the creation of impactful websites and landing pages.

We are focused on achieving engagement and revenue growth while collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to execute effective go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative campaigns across online and offline channels to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention, working closely with the marketing team.
• Take ownership of website management, brand development, and the creation of compelling landing pages.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, capitalize on opportunities, and refine product positioning.
• Define customer personas and segmentation strategies to target key demographics effectively.
• Craft compelling product messaging and value propositions tailored to various stages of the buyer's journey.
• Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
• Collect and analyze feedback to continually optimize the acquisition funnel and enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 -4 years exp maximum of experience as a B2C Product Marketing Manager, preferably with SaaS experience.
• Proven track record of creating and managing websites, brands, and successful marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize B2C sales funnels, driving significant customer acquisition and revenue growth within the fintech industry.
• Strong proficiency in product messaging, campaign development, and go-to-market execution.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles in web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of the financial/online trading sector is advantageous.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and adept time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
