Building Designer Manager

WDI specializes in project management in the construction. We are looking for an experienced Design Manager with a background in residential projects.

The role includes:

Leading design tasks.

Coordinating and communicating between architects and consultants.

Ability to lead complex processes.

Manage the bid process, control and monitor the project during the execution phase.

monitoring design according to customer requirements.

manage Design Reviews.

manage Value Engineering (VE)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering - mandatory.

Civil Engineer - mandatory.

5 years of experience in a similar role - mandatory.

Experience with BIM 

Management and leadership skills.
