Responsibilities:

Drive the development of cutting-edge SaaS solutions, focusing on scalability and reliability.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence within the RnD organization.
• Collaborate with product management to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Establish best practices for software development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Promote Agile development
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of developers talent.
• Build a long-term roadmap and short-term plans towards product delivery

Qualifications:

• 10+ years working on a large production environment with many types of services, databases, and components - Must
• Architecture and Software Design experience
• Experience and knowledge in real time image processing as well as ML / NN
• Familiarity with Azure
• Proven experience managing teams larger than 60 employees.
• Strong understanding of development practices and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation.
• Have successful experience in executing vast technical product developments, from concept to production
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong technical development background; hands-on mentality
• Microservices and infrastructure intense understanding
• Familiarity with forgeries, IDV, data retention policy, privacy – advantage
