Who we are?

Nice to meet you - we are Ofran, an Israeli outbound travel company, offering car rental services abroad to Israeli customers since 1990. We operate an advanced e-commerce website and address both B2C and B2B segments. We also operate several car rental brands in foreign markets.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to add a marketing coordinator to our team to work closely with our CMO to learn our business and marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support in a wide range of marketing tasks including content, social, e-commerce and more. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

What would your working day include?

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Working with service suppliers in various fields – CEO, PPC, Social, advertising, affiliates, PR, influencers and more.
• Maintain and update the company websites and marketing databases including - writing and updating content for SEO purposes (both in Hebrew and in English), working with conversion optimization tools and more.
• Content creation - social media posts, campaign ads, newsletters etc.
• Working with our marketing automation platform to enhance our customer journey.
• Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
• Analyze and report on campaign results, analytics and KPIs, highlighting successes, trends and opportunities (including GA4).
• Assisting our team to organize various events and conferences.

What is required for the position?

• Bachelor's degree graduates or equivalent certification in relevant marketing field studies.
• 3-5 years experience in the marketing field, especially in e-commerce marketing (including experience from advertising/digital/social media agencies).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in both Hebrew and English).
• Practical experience in operating sponsored Meta/Google campaigns is an advantage!
• Practical experience in graphic design is also an advantage!
• High analyzing skills and the ability to draw conclusions and action points from raw data and reports.
• Good technological orientation.
• Creative thinking, taking initiative and innovation.
• Excellent human relations and positive attitude.
• High accuracy and precision in performing tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
