Linux System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Linux System Administrator to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, managing, and maintaining Linux systems within the organization, addressing technical issues, and performing routine maintenance. The role involves working with advanced DevOps technologies such as K8S, CI/CD, GIT, and more.

Job Description:

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux systems within the organization's cybersecurity environment.
• Manage and upgrade virtual and physical servers.
• Provide support to development and production teams on Linux systems, including cybersecurity projects.
• Monitor performance and security of Linux systems.
• Automate processes using scripts and management tools, including DevOps processes.
• Manage users and permissions on Linux systems.
• Work with DevOps technologies such as Kubernetes (K8S), CI/CD, and GIT.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and development teams to ensure smooth integration of various technologies.
• Participate in cybersecurity projects, including evaluating and implementing new technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat).
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with DevOps technologies like Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GIT.
• Ability to solve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
• Familiarity with network, storage, and database technologies.
• Relevant certification in IT - an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
