About the role:

Pango is hiring a Marketing Director (reporting to VP Marketing). In this position, you will drive impact through strategic leadership and innovative campaigns. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in marketing, particularly for technology products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing department and set direction.
• Oversee the marketing and digital budget, making informed decisions for optimal ROI.
• Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy, aligning with broader business goals.
• Manage performance marketing, analyzing data to refine campaigns and maximize results.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and technologies, adapting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2C marketing, ideally within a technology organization, including managerial.
• Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with a leading brand or within a competitive landscape.
• Analytical and creative problem-solver who can deeply understand the customer context and translate this into clear call-to-action outputs.
• Vast understanding of marketing automation tools and their optimization - must.
• Experience driving revenue through paid and non-paid marketing channels.
• History of optimizing conversion rates throughout the entire customer journey from acquisition to activation to revenue to retention
• Solid financial understanding with a strategic mindset.
• Proven ability to work effectively towards established targets and deliver results.
• Management experience leading and motivating a marketing team.
• A passion for social media and impactful campaign management.
