Bookkeeper

BlueSnap is a global payments and e-commerce company.

We seek a highly motivated, organized, and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our global Finance team and assist in our day-to-day activities.

In this role, you will record, balance, and reconcile daily and monthly accounting activities and accounts.

What will you do?

• Review of payments before transferring the funds
• Increasing daily payments
• Daily comparison reports of AR
• Prepare reports for manager review
• Prepare reports for calculations to tax invoices every week
• Monthly closing – including deferred and accrued expense
• Daily bank account reconciliations
• Ongoing bookkeeping duties

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper - level 2
• Experience with a monthly balance sheet
• 3+ years experience as a bookkeeper in a hi-tech company
• High level of English, both verbal and written- a must
• Experience with NetSuite – a must
• Skilled in dealing with high-volume financial data sets
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
