We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Investor Relations Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining positive relationships with our investors and shareholders. Your responsibilities will include managing communication channels, coordinating investor meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial markets, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Communication Management: act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, promptly responding to emails, calls, and other correspondence.

Draft and distribute press releases and other investor-related communications.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on company performance, financial results, and industry developments for dissemination to investors.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate investor meetings, including earnings calls and presentations. Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and agendas in collaboration with senior management and other interfaces inside Valens (collaborate with finance, legal, and marketing teams to coordinate investor relations initiatives and campaigns). Assist in organizing roadshows, conferences, and other investor events to enhance shareholder engagement.

Database Management: Maintain investor databases and records, update shareholder registers, and monitor changes in ownership structure.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC filings, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance standards.

Assist in preparing and filing regulatory documents such as annual reports, ESG, etc.

Stay informed about changes in securities laws and regulations, advising management on implications for investor relations activities.

Additional: Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Assist in developing investor presentations, investor kits, and other materials to support investor outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.

2+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications.

Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and corporate governance principles.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and investor relations management software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
