Talent Acquisition Specialist

As Pazu’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth by leading end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sourcing skills, a proactive approach to candidate engagement, and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job descriptions, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates, negotiations, salary offers, and onboarding plans.
• To source high-quality talent, utilize deep internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, and employee and candidate referrals.
• Create a positive and engaging candidate experience by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies, continuously improving processes, and exploring new resources for sourcing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant recruiting and sourcing experience in a tech recruiting role.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in hyper-growth environments.
• Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.), candidate outreach, and building short and long-term sourcing strategies.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong team player mentality and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
