• Atleast 5 years of relevant work experience in the cybersecurityfield incustomer success, consulting, post-salestechnical account management,and similar roles.
• Strongtechnical background and problem-solving skills.
• Projectmanagement skills, with proven results working as a trusted advisorto drive business value for customers, including the ability tointeract with client teams at various levels of technical andnon-technical depth.
• Exceptionalcommunication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Proactiveand self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Willingnessto travel as needed to support customer engagements, including[specify approximate percentage or frequency].
