We are looking for a Controller to join our Finance department.

In this role you will report to the VP Finance and be accountable for the accounting operations of the company. This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.

The controller will also be responsible for enhancing the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, tax and ensuring that these comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and enforces a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions
• Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial and tax data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
• Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
• Oversee the accounting and tax operations of subsidiary corporations
• Coordinating activities of external auditors
• Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
• Managing the company’s bookkeeping processes and duties
• Managing outsource Bookkeeper
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA – A must (Big 4 preferred)
• 3-5 years’ experience as controller in high tech company
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, vast accounting knowledge in areas such as: revenue recognition, business combination, inventory, tax accounting, US tax, etc.
• Experience in HW and inventory
• Fluent English (writing and speaking)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead end to end financial tasks and initiatives
